Terms & Conditions

Transparent booking agreements, photography guidelines, and album delivery terms for Birdlens Creation.

General Photography Terms

Coverage with lights and specialized advanced photography/cinematography equipment.
All coverage conducted by highly qualified master wedding photographers.
Provision of all raw unedited high-resolution pictures and raw video footage.
Initial delivery of clicked raw pictures within one week of the celebration.
Client transport to outstation locations managed by client or reimbursed via receipts.
Client self-selection of photos for album design and print processing.
Notification required in advance if client opts out of promotional usage of photos.
Advance deposit is non-refundable upon client event cancellation.
If cancellation originates from Birdlens Creation, advance deposit will be 100% refunded.

1Client specifies preferred song selections for the Cinematic Wedding Video & Teaser.
2If client songs are not submitted within specified timeframe, video editor selects appropriate music. Revisions for music selection after video edit completion are not accepted.
3Client has 2 business days from initial video delivery to request song or edit adjustments.
4One-time video revision is included free of charge. Subsequent revisions are chargeable.

1Client has 40 days from wedding date to select photos for editing and album printing. After 40 days, full contract balance becomes due.
2Photo selections must adhere strictly to contract package quantities.
3Pre-wedding photo retouching and editing beyond package limits charged at ₹200 per photo.
4Handcrafted photo albums delivered within 4 weeks of final photo selection.
